Rockwood Self Storage – Rental Rates, Units and Sizes

MINIMUM RENTAL IS ONE MONTH:

Rental beginning the 1st - 15th of the month: Pro-rated rent to the 1st of the next month.

Rental beginning the 15th - end of the month: Pro-rated rent to the 1st of the next month plus the following month’s rent.

All rental charges are due in advance at the time of rental.

Rent is due on or before the first day of each month.

We are flexible. Prices listed are negotiable, always call and ask

Identification Requirement:
A driver’s license, state issued ID card, or military ID card must be presented to verify identity.

Payments accepted:
Cash, money order, Master Card, VISA or personal checks are accepted for payments.
There will be a 4% surcharge on any debit/credit card used.

The fee for all returned check(s) is $25.00. A deposit (refundable) of $25-50 is required.

MOVE IN SPECIALS: (One time only)

Pay 3 months in advance and get ½ off the fourth month.
Pay 6 months in advance and get 7th month free.
Pay for a year in advance and get 13th & 14th months free.
